Once a reservation is made on our website or through any of our partner and affiliate websites, a deposit of 50% is requested upfront in order to validate your reservation and lock the apartment for your requested dates.

Mode of transfer

1. Bank Account Transfers – Pakistan

2. International Bank Accounts – UK, US, and CA. For International Reservations Only.

3. PayPal or Stripe – For International Reservations Only.

In the absence of the initial deposit, we shall be unable to lock in the apartment for the requested dates. We do not accept debit or credit card payments.

Please note that once you have paid 50% of the initial deposit, the reservation team contacts you for identity validation, a process critical for the integrity and authenticity of operations. 

Guests are requested to email a digital copy of a Government issued ID and a receipt of the payment to reservations@goldcrestapartments.com.

The documents requested can be one of the following:

1. Drivers License

2. Identity Cards such as a Residence Permit or a Residence Card

3. Passport – For International Reservations Only

In the absence of identity validation, a reservation stays unconfirmed.

Access Card Issurance

An access card is required to access the apartment elevators. Please be advised that we can only request access cards from the building management once your identity is confirmed using the requested document.

Apartment Elevators

The building has three floors using which you can access the apartments.

1. Ground Floor – The Mall

2. Basement Level 1 – Pick & Drop Lanes

3. Basement Level 3 – Car Parking Lanes

An access card is required to gain access to the apartment elevators.

Pick & Drop Lane

If you’re getting dropped by a driver or using a cab service please use the Pick & Drop Lane in Basement Level One next to the Time Office. The apartment elevators are a few steps from the pick-and-drop lane.

Car Parking

If a car parking space is required to park your vehicles please navigate to Basement Level Three, which has free parking space and direct access to the apartment elevators. 

Check-in at Goldcrest Apartments starts at 2:00 PM, and the check-out time is until noon at 12:00 PM.

Please scan your access card at the entrance of the apartment elevators.

Kindly hold the access card in the upright position facing the fingerprint scanner.

The fingerprint scanner will authenticate the card.

The door unlocks on card authentication.

In case of any problem using the access card, kindly contact the time office at Basement Level One.

Please note that check-in times at Goldcrest Apartments begin at 02:00 PM. Any requests made for an early check-in are subject to availability.

Food can be ordered anytime after noon to 03:00 AM at night from local and international restaurants. Visit Order Food to view the different types of options available.

Please be advised that guests staying at the property can park their vehicles at Basement Level 3 with direct access to the apartment elevators.

Please be advised that Basement Level 2 does not have direct access to the apartment elevators.

Basement Level 1  has a time office or pick-and-drop lanes.

You can order a cab/taxi using the apps Careem or Uber.

Apps are available on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Please do not forget to enable location services on the phone for Uber or Careem.

Goldcrest Apartments has an indoor/outdoor restaurant on the third floor of the building. You can place orders directly at the apartment or enjoy the experience of fine dining at the restaurant.

Goldcrest Apartments are at the heart of the city in DHA – Defence Housing Authority Lahore.

The old city of Lahore is 15-20 KM’s away from Goldcrest Apartments.

City attractions such as MM Alam Road, Liberty Market, Gulberg, Model Town, Kalma Chowk, and Daewoo Bus Stand are 8 KM’s away from Goldcrest Apartments.

Goldcrest Apartments are 7 KM’s away from the airport. A straight road called Ghazi Road connects you to Goldcrest Apartments from the Airport. If you’re using an airport cab please ask the driver to use Ghazi Road that to drop you to Goldcrest Apartments.
