The Universal Terms of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between GoldcrestApartments.com, a private limited company registered in Pakistan with its offshore office at Suite #5 40 King Street, Scotia Plaza, Toronto – Ontario, comes into effect as of the date of your use of this website www.GoldcrestApartments.com or the date of electronic acceptance of a reservation made on this website.

 

The Agreement sets forth the general Terms & Conditions (T&C) underlying your use of the site, its products, and services purchased or accessed through the website GoldcrestApartments.com.

 

In case of a conflict between the provisions of a third-party service level agreement and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement accepted on www.goldcrestapartments.com shall be applicable underlying renting apartments for short and long term stays.

 

Third party service level agreements include any service level agreements, terms and conditions, policies and regulations of a third party booking platform or a listings website, and any of our local or international affiliate websites promoting the ads for Goldcrest Apartments.

 

The terms we, us, our, and site shall refer to Goldcrest Apartments INC, Goldcrest Luxury Apartments, Goldcrestapartments.com.

 

The terms Goldcrest Apartments INC, Goldcrest Luxury Apartments, Goldcrestapartments.com, we, us, our or the website does not refer to Goldcrest Grand Mall, or Empire Maintenance (PVT) Limited.

 

The terms you, your, user, guest, and visitor shall refer to any individual or entity who accesses our website, a potential guest who books an apartment at Goldcrest using our website or a third-party platform, interacts with our content, or uses booking and reservations platform, any products and services available in the customer dashboard, guest dashboard, and the partner/host listing an apartment on our website.

 

Welcome to Goldcrest Apartments, a hotel services website that provides comfortable accommodations for travelers at Goldcrest Grand Mall & Residency. Please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

 

1. Bookings and Reservations

1.1 Guests must be at least 18 years to make a reservation through our website or any third-party platforms.

 

1.2 Guests provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a Government Issued ID. Government issued ID include one of the following: Driving License, National Identity Card. International guests travelling to Pakistan on a visa submit a passport copy with a valid-visa for the reservation dates requested.

 

1.3 All reservations are subject to availability, and Goldcrest Apartments INC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion.

 

1.4. Guests make reservations through www.goldcrestapartments.com or third-party booking and listing websites.

 

1.5. All reservations are subject to availability and can only be confirmed once the initial deposit of 50% of the reservation price against the requested dates by the Finance team.

 

1.6. A valid government-issued ID to authenticate your identity and authorize the payment and the reservation under your name.

 

1.7 Special requests, such as specific room arrangements, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

2. Payment

2.1 Payment for reservations must be made in full at the time of check-in in order to have the requested dates locked under your reservation.

 

2.2 A 50% initial deposit is required for any pre-booking requests for reservation dates in the future unless otherwise stated.

 

2.3 Guests can make payments using the accepted methods provided on our website. They include local and international bank transfers, Paypal and Stripe transfers for international guests traveling to Pakistan.

 

2.4 Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as room service, amenities, are settled at check-out.

 

2.5 Paypal and Stripe’s payment options are available in certain countries and regions supported by the respective payment processing organizations.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of reservation and promotional offers. Guests must review the specific cancellation policy associated with their booking before confirming the reservation.

 

3.2 Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival for any refunds to be processed.

 

3.3 In case of cancellation within the flexible cancellation time frame, refunds will be processed according to the established cancellation policy.

 

3.4 Refunds may take a few business days to process and may be subject to transaction fees or charges.

 

3.5. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in charges outlined in the cancellation policy against the reservation price for the first night.

 

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1 Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is until 12:00 PM noon.

 

4.2 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

4.3 Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in for verification purposes.

 

4.4. Check-in and check-out times are as specified and must be adhered for the security deposit refund.

 

5. Guest Conduct

5.1 Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay at Goldcrest Apartments.

 

5.2 Guests must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Goldcrest Apartments and the local authorities during their stay.

 

5.3 Any damages caused to the property, fixtures, or amenities will be charged to the guest’s account or the security deposit with a reproduction of photos of damages as evidence and costs involved.

 

5.4 No pets are allowed unless specified.

 

5.5 Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking areas.

 

5.6 Smoking “Shesha” is not allowed at the premises of Goldcrest Apartments. The presence of a sheesha will result in the loss of the security deposit. Law enforcement agencies can impose further penalties for violating the general code of conduct for carrying harmful substances.

 

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Goldcrest Apartments adheres to a strict privacy policy, which is available separately on our website and will protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

6.2 By using our website and services, you consent to use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Goldcrest Apartments website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and trademarks, are the property of Goldcrest Apartments INC, the respective partners, Goldcrest Grand Mall and Residency, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

7.2 Guests may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any intellectual property or the intellectual property of our partners without prior written consent from the respective authorities.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Goldcrest Apartments shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the guest code of conduct.

 

8.2 Goldcrest Apartments shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property while on hotel premises.

 

8.3 Goldcrest Apartments is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to partner property during guest stay.

 

8.4 Goldcrest Apartments is not responsible for personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.

 

8.5 Goldcrest Apartments INC, Goldcrestapartments.com or Goldcrest Luxury Apartments shall not be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage caused to a partner property by a guest, and the liability Goldcrest Apartments has is not more than the security deposit of the guest.

 

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and state laws, and the rules and regulations of the respective jurisdictions.

 

9.2 Any rules introduced by Empire Maintenance Group or Goldcrest Grand Mall and Residency are immediately effective and need be followed during your stay at Goldcrest Apartments.

 

9.3 Any rules introduced by the governing authorities, or Defence Housing Authority, and any similar law enforcement agencies require immediate implementation per the protocols set by the federal and state laws.

 

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

10.1 Goldcrest Apartments reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions any time without prior notice.

 

10.2 Guests are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions to stay informed about any changes.

 

By using the Goldcrest Apartments website and making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
